What You'll Be Doing

You'll take full ownership of end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes across multiple workstreams.

🔹 Programme Delivery & Execution

• Lead large-scale programmes spanning Transactional Services, Investments, and Trading platforms
• Build and manage programme roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
• Deliver within scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining high-quality outcomes

🔹 Stakeholder & Executive Management

• Engage senior stakeholders across Banking, Trading Desks, Investments, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Finance
• Present to Exco, SteerCo, and executive forums with clarity and confidence
• Manage escalations and drive decision-making across complex environments

🔹 Governance, Risk & Control

• Implement strong governance frameworks (RAID, financial tracking, benefits realisation)
• Identify and mitigate operational, market, and regulatory risks
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulatory standards

🔹 Financial & Benefits Management

• Manage programme budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
• Track ROI, cost efficiencies, and business benefits
• Support investment cases and strategic decision-making

🔹 Change & Delivery Enablement

• Drive adoption through structured change management and communication strategies
• Coordinate delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments
• Enable collaboration across business, technology, and trading teams

What You Bring

Experience (Non-Negotiable)

• 10+ years' experience in programme/project management
• Proven delivery of large, complex programmes in banking or financial services
• Strong experience in:
• Transactional Services (Payments, Cash Management)
• Investments and Trading environments (Front Office, Markets, or Trading Systems)
• Experience engaging senior executives and governance forums
• Proven track record managing multi-vendor, multi-workstream programmes
